  • Yes. We can shape the strategic narrative, develop audience insight, refine messaging, and support the pitch process itself - including working directly with creatives or freelancers. We can also attend meetings if required.

  • Fractional simply means flexible, part-time strategic support. This could be a set number of days per month, short-term project work, or intensive support around a specific brief or pitch.

  • Often quickly. We understand everyone is working to tight timelines. If we’re the right fit, we aim to integrate smoothly and fast.

  • Engagements are typically structured as day rates, project fees, or a monthly retainer depending on scope. We’ll define clear priorities and outcomes upfront so expectations are aligned.

  • Success depends on the brief. It may be stronger positioning, clearer audience definition, improved client confidence, measurable campaign performance, or helping you secure and deliver higher-value work. We focus on commercial impact and ROI, not just outputs.

  • No. We’re there to support and strengthen your existing team, not replace them. We plug into the gaps - whether that’s capacity, specialist insight, or senior-level perspective.

  • Yes. We’re used to working with commercially sensitive information. NDAs are absolutely fine.

  • We work with media agencies, production houses, and advertising agencies of all sizes - from founder-led teams to established independents - particularly those who need senior strategic thinking without adding permanent headcount.

  • That’s absolutely fine. Support can be one-off and focused purely on a single project, pitch, or campaign. There’s no requirement for a long-term commitment.
