Who We Are

Sean Stephens

20+ years’ agency experience, specialising in qual + quant consumer research and behavioural insight. Helping brands turn audience understanding into clear segmentation, messaging and channel direction that drives engagement and response.

Has developed targeted, behaviour-led campaigns for National Book Tokens, Costa Coffee, Barclays, Tesco Clubcard and easyJet, and builds test-and-learn programmes across digital and social to optimise performance. Brings hands-on consumer marketing experience in toys and games, including work with Argos Chad Valley, Tesco and Sainsbury’s.

Strategy Director

18 years’ experience across both large network and specialist agencies. She has led integrated campaigns for retail and FMCG brands including Co-op, Crusha Milkshake, Honey Monster, Tabasco and Jealous Sweets, as well as Action for Children and Chelsea Football Club’s Junior Blues programme.

From insight and strategy through to full campaign delivery across owned, earned and paid media, she brings commercial focus, creativity and strong client partnership to every brief.
